New this semester! In addition to classes, you will visit historic places in Humboldt County with Instructor Nancy Mathews, giving students the opportunity to experience many areas discussed in Nancy’s classes.
2-10-2011 – Start in classroom - then tour Eureka Cemetery
2-17-2011 – Tour Back Stage at the Clark Museum in Eureka
2-24-2011 – Tour Coast Guard Station in Samoa
3-3-2011 – Tour the Maritime Museum
3-10-2011 – In classroom – Maritime History including the Fishing Industry
3-17-2011 – Attend Redwood Region Logging Conference
3-24-2011 – In classroom – “Let’s Celebrate”
3-31-2011 – Tour Trinidad Museum and HSU Aquarium
4-7-2011 - Jacoby Storehouse and Arcata Cemetery
4-14-2011 – Tour Ferndale Museum and Fern Cottage
4-21-2011 – Tour Fort Humboldt
4-28-2011 – Lunch & tour Samoa Cookhouse/Timber Heritage Museum /Speeder
