CR PLUS TOWN & TRAIL FITNESS WALKS

Due to recent budget cuts, the CR Plus Town & Trail Fitness walks will be discontinued until further notice.  We will offer these popular walks again as soon as we are able.

 

Exercise keeps us physically fit, increases strength & stamina, prevents memory loss, osteoporosis and improves our overall quality of life.  All of this can be accomplished simply by walking regularly.   Join our friendly group as we walk around local towns and trails each Wednesday morning.  Walkers must be in good physical condition as we walk approximately 3 miles of varying terrain for approximately one hour - the pace is determined by the walker.  See the schedule below for walk locations and meeting points.

The walks are free, are for folks over 50, no pre-registration required.

No children or pets, please.
