Living Well in the Third Age

Retirement Redefined! Creative and energetic living is not restricted to the young. We will discuss the myths, facts and creative solutions for navigating this phase of life using research, humor and a philosophical perspective. We will also share a great list of services, travel, activities and freebies for silver tsunami folks. Based on “The Second Half of Life: Opening the Eight Gates of Wisdom” by Angeles Arrien and “The Joy of Not Working” by Ernie Zelinski, recommended but not required for the class.
