Program Review Templates

 

Program Review Templates are WORD documents prepared by Institutional Research.

Each author or reviewer will select the subject or discipline for the annual review, or select the program of study leading to a degree or certificate for the comprehensive review.

  • Each author or reviewer will select the subject or discipline for the annual review, or select the program of study leading to a degree or certificate for the comprehensive review.
  • Select the Save As option to save the template to the reviewer's own computer (Templates cannot be saved on this webpage).
  • Draft copies of the program review may be emailed to other authors for review and revision.
  • The completed program review must be saved by the user on the reviewer's own computer.
