Service Requests

While the IR department urges individuals and departments to contact us for basic information and research needs, we are still in the process of developing our information and research capacity. Requests will be monitored by the IR Advisory Committee and priority will be given to requests that can be met with available data and information, requests that are driven by externally mandated deadlines, and research needs that align with the IR 12-Month Workplan and 2006-2007 Institutional Research Schedule.

In certain cases, requests may be forwarded to department chairs, directors or senior staff members for approval. This would be necessary for the request of confidential information, such as individual student records, or requests that will require significant time and resource allocation from the IR department.
