If you are a student seeking help with online services including login/password issues or other problems accessing MyCR and WebAdvisor, we offer two main options to get you help quickly:
1) Via the Web, please go here and fill out a service form. You will be contacted via email with further assistance.
2) Via phone, please call the ITS Help Desk at 707 476-4160 (or ext. 4160 on campus).
Please be aware that Help Desk staff are available to respond to web or phone requests during normal business hours only, from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. (We also maintain a technical FAQ or "Frequently Asked Questions" document for WebAdvisor here.)
Classroom A/V support
If you are a faculty member needing classroom Audio/Visual support (projectors, screens, audio, video, et.), please call the ITS Manager of Technical Support Services at 476-4389. Datatel Support Please call the ITS Help Desk at 476-4160. Other concerns or issues Please call the Manager of Information Technology Services at 476-4193.
