Facilities and Grounds
Welcome to College of the Redwoods Maintenance Department. Our goal is to provide a safe, clean and up-to-date facility that will allow our students a distraction free and rewarding educational experience. The District has three main educational sites and two off-campus sites which include 449,948 square feet of buildings sitting on 334 acres. The District is proud of the maintenance staff who do a fine job of keeping all this property in excellent condition.
