NEWSLETTER SURVEY

I’d like to thank those of you who have sent me feedback throughout the year. To assist me in making decisions about the Disability Newsletter, I am asking for additional input. Making the assumption that we are able to navigate around INS and all their hurdles , I expect to have the opportunity to continue the newsletter. Please take a couple of minutes to respond to the following questions. Feel free to send my prose comments in lieu of these questions. Your feedback will be given attention and consideration.

Put an x beside your answer and e-mail it back to me. If you desire anonymity, print it out and send it through campus mail.
