BOOKSTORE REFUND INFORMATION

A full refund will be given for textbooks purchased for the current semester until the end of the second week of classes, less time for the abbreviated semesters (winter & summer).

YOU MUST HAVE THE SALES RECEIPT FOR A REFUND

  • To receive a full refund, the textbook must be in the same condition in which it was purchased. If the book was shrink-wrapped, it must be in the shrink-wrap to receive a refund. A new textbook cannot be returned for a full refund if it has writing, highlighting, bent corners, or other damage.
  • A full refund will be given for general books and non-book merchandise if they are in original condition and packaging, current stock and accompanied with the sales receipt. We will be unable to give a refund on computer software if the package has been opened.
  • The Bookstore will be the sole judge in determining the condition of the item being returned.
  • No refunds will be given on special orders, clearance items, or study aids.
