Disproportional Representation of Foster Youth and Students of Color at CR: How can we adapt to better address their needs?

In this panel discussion, foster youth, African American, Native American, and Latino students will share their experiences and the challenges they face at CR and will discuss potential approaches the college could take to address those challenges. Faculty and staff will have the opportunity to talk with students, to ask questions, and to gain perspective from the panelists. Facilitated by Renee Saucedo, the goal of this session is to avoid superficial conversation and to discuss these issues at a deeper level.
