Human Skeleton Data Collection Documents
These images were scanned directly from: Buikstra, Jane E., and Douglas H. Ubelaker, eds., Standards for Data Collection from Human Skeletal Remains: proceedings of a seminar at the Field Museum of Natural History. Arkansas Archaeological Survey Research series no. 44. Arkansas Archaeological Survey. (3rd printing, 1997).
After scanning, the images were imported into Word. Click on either link below to start the "automatic download process-thingy." A small box will open telling you to be careful downloading files. That's generally good advice. You have the option to save the file (very useful, especially if you want to modify the document) to your hard drive, or you may simply choose the open option and print the documents.

Disclaimer:
I do not own these images, they are not mine, and I am not profiting by their
use. I spoke with Dr. William Bass (Jan. 2004) and was told the artist is
Peggy Grimvolski. These images are often adapted and printed in a wide variety
of physical and forensic anthropology publications without citation. For that
reason, I surmise that these images are in the "fair use" educational domain.
I have done my very best to present good quality images in the Word documents presented above. No support is provided with this product. Not responsible for user error.
