About Us

CR’s Manufacturing Technology program prepares students to meet the design and drafting needs of engineering, architectural, and manufacturing firms.

 

Just two years at CR will prepare you for entry-level positions as drafter, designer, engineering assistant, 3D modeler, and estimator.  Our students are especially qualified as computer-aided drafters, and are trained in solving basic design problems and providing engineering support.

What to Expect

Students learn in a high-tech classroom and lab environment, using the latest computer-aided drafting (CAD) software and hardware, including 3D printing technology for models and rendering. CAD is essential for CR’s carpentry, electrical systems, manufacturing and digital media programs.
