To access Web Advisor, your browser must support 128-bit encryption. Roughly, this means you need Netscape version 6 or later or Internet Explorer version 5.5 or later.

To check the encryption capability of your browser, use the menus as follows:

• Internet Explorer
  • Help -> About Internet Explorer
  • Look for Cipher Strength
• Netscape
  • Communicator -> Tools -> Security Info
  • Click the Configure SSL v2 button
  • Check list of ciphers for "Encryption with a 128-bit key"

If your browser does not report a 128-bit cipher level, it is may be using 40- or 56-bit encryption, and you should upgrade your browser to use stronger encryption.
