- WebAdvisor is an online student information system. Students
can view their grades, class schedules, transcripts, register for classes,
and view Financial Aid information using WebAdvisor.

- WebAdvisor will operate effectively with current versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer or Firefox browsers on the PC using Windows XP or greater.
On Macintoshes using OSX or greater, WebAdvisor will operate effectively with current versions of Safari and Firefox browsers.
AOL and other portal browsers aren't compatible with WebAdvisor and may
cause
errors to occur.

- You can print a form by clicking the Print icon
on the Toolbar of your browser. Alternately, you can click File, and then click Print in the drop-down menu. Then click OK or Print in the displayed Print dialog box.
Some of the forms will be more legible if you print them using Landscape
mode. To print a form in Landscape mode, click File, then click Print, and then click Properties in the Printer dialog
box. A Document Properties dialog box will appear. Click the Page
Setup tab and then the Landscape radio button in the Orientation section of the dialog box. Click OK to set the Landscape
mode and OK once more to cause the form to print. After the form
has printed you might want to reset your system back to Portrait mode
by following the same procedure you used to set Landscape mode.

- WebAdvisor puts a session cookie on your computer when
you log into the system. The cookie is erased when you close your browser.

- You need to update your application data before you can register. Please contact the Enrollment Services office at the campus nearest to you. You could also fill out an online application by accessing our Online Form here.

- This means that your browser or computer is blocking
or not accepting your session (cookies).
- We need to make sure that your browser isn't blocking any cookies.
Here is what you need to do.
For Internet Explorer Users - Open your Internet
Explorer browser.
Click on the Tools toolbar and select "Internet Options".
(as shown below)
Next, click on the Privacy tab. Make sure that the bar on
the left hand side is set to "Medium", not "High" or "Medium High".
You do this by sliding the bar down and clicking on the OK box.
For Firefox Users - Open your Firefox browser.
Click on the Tools drop down toolbar and select "Tools".
The window below will appear. Click on the Content tab (Earth Globe).
Make sure the checkbox for "Enable JavaScript" has a check in it. If it doesn't click in the box until the checkbox appears and Click on the "OK" button.
- If you have completed those steps and you continue to get the
same error, then you'll have to upgrade your browser. Refer
to Question #2.

- You will not be able to access WebAdvisor until 48-72 weekday hours have passed. We recommend you view the First Time User Login tutorials before attempting to access the WebAdvisor system.

In order to retrieve your User ID you must fill in your last name and
one of the two additional identifying numbers.

- First Time user:
Your password will be your 6-digit birth date, in MMDDYY format.
For example, if you were born on August 3, 1984, then enter 080384.
You will be required to change this password the first time you logon
to WebAdvisor. The new password must be 6 to 9 characters in length
and contain both letters and numbers.

- Use the automated “Reset my password” feature.
Fill out the link below and fill out the form. A new password will be emailed to you automatically. No more phone calls, no more waiting!.

- First, you need to fill out a name change form in Enrollment
Services (Admissions). After you've filled out the form, you need to
contact the ITS Department at 707-476-4160 or fill out the . ITS will update your WebAdvisor account to reflect your
new last name after the semester ends.

- If you've forgot your password you can click on the link below and fill out the form. A new password will be emailed to you automatically.

If you remember
your password, you must wait 10 minutes after your last login attempt
before trying to login again. Make sure you close your browser after you receive the error message.
