The College of the Redwoods is offering 12 late-starting and shorter-term classes for students who either didn’t get all the fall semester courses they wanted or who want to explore more options.

The classes include three offered at the Klamath River Early College of the Redwoods in Klamath: Basic Drawing, English 150 Precollegiate Reading and Writing and U.S. History -- Reconstruction to the Present. All three classes start Monday, Sept. 15.

In Crescent City, the classes include Introduction to Administration of Justice, Introduction to Microsoft Office, Modern Dance, English 150 Precollegiate Reading and Writing, Introduction to Sociology and General Psychology, which is an online class. All of these classes start the week of Sept. 22.

Career Planning, which meets from 5:15-6:40 p.m., begins on Oct. 1. Elementary and Intermediate Algebra Review, which is held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, meets from 6-9 p.m.
