College of the Redwoods Location

With views of Humboldt Bay, College of the Redwoods' Eureka Campus is located on California's Redwood Coast in Humboldt County "behind the redwood curtain". The picturesque Eureka campus is located on 270-acres seven miles south of the City of Eureka and is the main campus which serves about 5000 students. It is in the heart of the California Redwoods and offers a wide variety of recreational opportunities.

College of the Redwoods' Eureka campus is easily accessed from Hwy 101. Humboldt County is served by an inexpensive bus transportation system with direct bus service to the Eureka Campus from various communities surrounding the campus. The Arcata - Eureka Airport is located in McKinleyville, 20 miles north of Eureka, and provides service to all of the College of the Redwoods campuses.

The Mendocino Coast campus serves approximately 1000 students and is located on a 20-acre site at the southern end of Fort Bragg, 8 miles north of the city of Mendocino in Mendocino County.

With approximately 1000 students the Del Norte campus is located on a 34-acre site in Crescent City, 20 miles south of the Oregon Border.

The varied geography and climate of the California Redwood Coast invites students to enjoy both ocean and mountain sports within easy driving distance. Maritime weather of the Northern Pacific Coast provides for mild tempatures year-round.
