New And Updated Course Learning Outcomes

The reporting tool uses course learning outcomes that were approved at the beginning of the fall semester of the current academic year. New outcomes approved as part of new or updated course outlines will not take effect until the following fall. See the Annual Report Maintenance statement below.

Sept 15, 2015 - Last day for submitting reports for fall 2014, spring 2015 and summer 2015

Dec 31, 2015 - Deadline for reporting fall 2015 assessments

Annual Report Maintenance: The reporting tool will shift from one academic year to another at the beginning of each fall semester.

Reporting will close this fall for the 2014-2015 year and open for the 2015-2016 year. Closing of the 2014-2015 year means that you will no longer be able to submit or edit reports for that year. At this time all closing the loop reports that have been completed will be moved from the list of open reports to the list of those completed. Reporting for the 2015-2016 year will open to reflect all curriculum changes (e.g., SLO updates, course additions, deletions) that were approved in 2014-2015.
