Northcoast CalSOAP Consortium
College of the Redwoods received a grant in 1996 to establish the Northcoast CalSOAP Consortium. Today, we serve the entire College of the Redwoods area, including Del Norte, Humboldt, and Northern Mendocino Counties.

Our partners include local colleges, schools, non-profit educational organizations, and businesses. All partners contribute matching resources to the success of the program.

We serve 800 high school students, 850 elementary school and middle school students (grades 3–8), 1500 students in rural schools, and 500 transfer students, providing the following assistance:
