The College of the Redwoods Corsairs belong to the Golden Valley Conference, which also includes Butte College, Feather River College, Lassen College, Shasta College, and College of the Siskiyous. The Commission on Athletics (COA) governs all community college athletics in the state of California. College of the Redwoods participates in the following sports in the Golden Valley Conference:

Women. ..........Basketball, Soccer, Softball, Volleyball

Men. ...............Baseball, Basketball, Football

In football, the Corsairs are also members of the Bay Valley Conference of the Northern California Football Alliance.
