METEO-1 Introduction to Meteorology
(3 units lecture) CR/NC option CSU and UC An introduction to the Earth’s weather and the forces that drive it. The class will explore the atmosphere, pressure, temperature, humidity, precipitation, solar radiation, air mass movements, fronts, large scale storm systems, thunderstorms, the general circulation, and climatic influences on our civilization.
