The College of the Redwoods’ Sustainable Agriculture Farm in Shively is here to help you create a relationship with your food and the people who grow it. Students sell the produce on the CR Eureka campus twice weekly (days TBD) during the fall semester until the produce ends usually in October.

Our goal is to teach students the practical aspects of farming through a hands-on experience. By supporting the CR Farmers Market, you support tomorrow’s farmers, making a long-term investment in your community and the future of sustainable agriculture.
The students will be learning the process of marketing while actually having hands-on training. Projects include budgeting, schedule planning, marketing and market arrangements, record keeping and related planning necessary for success in the implementation of selected projects from seeds to fruition.
