Getting Started
INTRODUCTION:
College of the Redwoods, Del Norte's Disabled Student Programs & Services is specifically designed to open the doors to educational opportunity for students with disabilities.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE:
Individuals with mobility, visual, hearing, speech, learning, and psychological disabilities, as well as those who have acquired brain injuries, chronic or intermittent health problems such as arthritis, diabetes, seizure disorders, cardiac disorders, multiple sclerosis, pulmonary disorders, or carpal tunnel syndrome may benefit from available services.
WHERE TO BEGIN:
If you are a student with a disability, you will need to visit the Diusability Resource Center which can be reach through the library or from the courtyard.
You can visit the office or call (707) 465-2324 to set up an appointment with Sandy Nightingale, Disabled Student Services Specialist.
Qualification for services from DSP&S is based on documentation of a disability. The DSP&S office will assist you with services based on your documented disability
