SERVSAFE FOOD HANDLER’S
CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
This
comprehensive one-day workshop assists restaurants and other
food handling businesses in complying with AB 1978/Campbell.
Fees include textbook, food
safety and sanitation instruction, demonstrations and certification examination
fee. Register with adequate time to read the textbook
before attending class. This course does not meet the
prerequisite or graduation requirements for Hospitality,
Restaurant & Culinary Arts certificates or degrees. Instructor: A. Harris
