Graduates will be especially qualified as computer-aided drafters, solving basic design problems and providing engineering support. In addition, Drafting Technology graduates may continue on to university programs such as industrial technology, engineering, manufacturing, and architecture. Drafters typically divide their time between working with clients and working on a computer in a professional office environment.
