aspect(s) of the story or poem
- Presentation takes significantly beyond a first reading of
the story, whether through analysis, biography, criticism, etc.
- Presenters involve the class in the material through
discussion, activity, etc.
- The presentation involves a close reading of the story,
not generalization
- Presentation stays within the time limit
