Cecelia Holland
Cecilia Holland is the author of 28
novels, including The Soul Thief, The Angel and the Sword,
and Lily Nevada. She has been writing all her life, mostly fiction
and history. Her
books have been translated into eight languages. She's
won the Stone Prize, a Guggenheim Fellowship, and the Connecticut
College Medal of Honor. She
is working on a nonfiction book on the Railroad Riots of 1887.
