Julian Lang
Julian Lang was born and raised locally. He
is a member of the Karuk Tribe of California with his maternal
great-grandmother being a Wiyot woman form Humboldt Bay. His
published work includes essays, stories, and translations
(Karuk language) concerning oral tradition, earth-based spirituality,
and art. Currently he is working on prose retellings of his favorite
Karuk myths.
