Roy Parvin
Roy
Parvin is
the author of two books of fiction, The
Loneliest Road in America, a collection of short stories, and In
the Snow Forest, a book of three novellas. His
work has been recognized with a National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship
Grant and included in The Best
American Short Stories. Parvin
has also been awarded the Katherine Anne Porter Prize in Fiction. His
work has been widely anthologized and been a Book Sense 76 selection
and part of the Barnes & Noble Discover a Great Writer series. He lives in the woods of northern California with his wife,
Janet, two border collies and cat.
