We recognize that our human resources are the most valuable asset we have. They provide us with innovative ideas, individual leadership, group responsibility, respect and customer focus. We also value the aesthetic environmental effect on students, significant among the influences, which can give a constant and wholesome power over the CR student contributing to their education and intellectual development. Because of that value we have a select group on our custodial crew of 10 ˝ custodians, lead by a Senior Custodian, maintaining our beautiful Eureka CR campus with 392,835 square feet of building space. This crew is instrumental in the making of the recycling program, deserving credit for its’ success. Without their commitment to the recycling effort the Recycling Committees ability to establish a Recycling Scholarship Fund for students would not have been possible. This team of individuals provide a wide range of services beyond their routine cleaning assignments to our campus of students, faculty, staff including, bio-hazardous waste pick-up, moving, special event’s set-up/tear-down, response to flood emergencies, installation of blinds, moving, assisting co-crafts persons, assisting Security, maintaining campus CR Dormitories and at our off campus downtown facility, The Center for Community Education and Professional Development at the Rick’s House.
