NON-RESIDENT STUDENTS

  1. Rules and Regulations Regarding Determination of Residence - See Administrative Procedure #AP 5015.
  2. Non-Resident Tuition Fee for Out-of-State and Foreign Students - See Board Policy #BP 5020 and Administrative Procedure #AP 5020.
  3. Refunds Schedule and Procedures - Refunds shall be made in accordance with the following procedure:

TIME OF OFFICIAL WITHDRAWAL OR REDUCTION

% Refund

Before or during the first week of the semester (weekdays 1-5)

100% of the original tuition paid

Course cancellation by College

100% upon request

During the second week of the semester (weekdays 6-10)

75% of the original tuition paid per unit reduction

During the third week of the semester (weekdays 11-15)

50% of the original tuition paid per unit reduction

During the fourth week of the semester (weekdays 16-20)

25% of the original tuition paid per unit reduction

Following the fourth week of the semester (weekday 20)

0% no refunds
