CATALOG RIGHTS
A student is normally governed by the associate's degree, certificate of achievement, or certificate of completion requirements in effect at the time of his or her first completed term of enrollment. For the purpose of this regulation, enrollment is defined as registration for and completion of at least one course. Courses in which a student receives a "W" are not considered to have been completed.
If a student's enrollment is interrupted for two consecutive semesters, he or she will be governed by the degree and/or certificate requirements in effect at the time of his or her first completed term of enrollment following reentry into the college. A semester is defined as either a fall or spring term.
A student who has been continuously enrolled for more than six years, without an interruption of two or more consecutive semesters, may either:
a. follow the degree and certificate requirements in effect six years prior to the semester the requirements are completed or
b. follow the degree and certificate requirements in effect at the time all requirements are completed.
