DOMESTIC ANIMALS

It is a misdemeanor to allow any animal to trespass upon public property without consent.

Further, lost and stray animals, and animals left unattended in vehicles will be referred to Humboldt County Animal Control for removal.

First offenders will be warned and directed to remove the animals from the college grounds. Those who commit subsequent offenses will be charged with a misdemeanor, fined, and referred to the appropriate college official for disciplinary action.
