CAMPUS VISITORS
Campus Visitor
Defined
Any individual who is not currently a registered student in
the District or who is not required by her/his status as an employee of the
Redwoods Community College District to be on the campus or in any other
facility owned, operated, or controlled by the Board of Trustees shall be
considered in this and other sections of the Board policies/regulations to be a
campus visitor.

Visitors Who
Disrupt
Whenever a campus visitor enters a
campus or facility of the District and it reasonably appears to the President/Superintendent
or her/his designated representative(s) that such person is committing an act
likely to interfere with the peaceful conduct of the activities of the campus
or facility or has entered the campus or facility for the purpose of committing
such an act, the President/Superintendent or her/his designated
representative(s) may direct such person to leave such campus or facility. If the person fails to do so, or if the
person willfully and knowingly reenters the campus or facility within 72 hours
after being directed to leave, she/he is guilty of a misdemeanor.
