ADMINISTRATIVE/MANAGEMENT/CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE SALARY SCHEDULES

It shall be the stated policy of the Board that administrative salaries will be at the median salaries paid by California Community Colleges. Management and confidential employees salary will be based upon relevant salary data from local agencies and other community colleges. This policy is conditional, based upon the District's ability to pay.

Administrative, management, and confidential employees are outside the limits of collective bargaining and require specific Board attention.

Benefits and working conditions for Administrative, management, and confidential employees may be different from each other and are identified with subsequent policies included herein.
