RESIGNATION OF EMPLOYEES

The Superintendent/President or designee is hereby authorized by the Board of Trustees to officially accept the resignation of any employee, certificated or classified. The acceptance of the resignation shall be effective at the time of the receipt of the resignation by the Superintendent/President or designee (Education Code 88201).
