ACCIDENT REPORTS
It shall be Board policy that when a student is injured, a written report of the
occurrence is to be filed in the Business Office.
It is imperative that these forms be completed and signed by the individual if possible as
well as the instructor, and that as many details as possible are explained.
This procedure is for the protection of each individual instructor as well as the College
against future insurance liability claims and suits. This constitutes a record which
becomes extremely valuable should any litigation
result from the occurrence.
