The President/Superintendent shall establish such administrative procedures regarding vehicles and parking on campus as are necessary for the orderly operation of the instructional program. No person shall drive any vehicle or leave any vehicle unattended on the campus except in accordance with such procedures.

Parking fees shall be established in accordance with these board policies.
