Visual limitation is defined as a total or partial loss
of sight that adversely affects a student's
educational performance.
Visual limitation does not apply where the loss or
impairment is the result of psychological condition
or an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).
This disability can be verified by a physician, or a
licensed vision professional.
