Melissa Green started as Project Director in December 2009.  Under the Title III grant, the project director has responsibilities for overall grant management including budget, evaluation, and progress-reporting to the college, community and the US Department of Education. Oversight for project coordination is provided by a 9-member Title III Leadership Team. External evaluation support is contracted to local consulting firm Gelinas-James, Inc.

Karen Nelson started as full-time Activities Director for the Title III grant in August 2009.  Under the Title III grant Karen will focus on offering support to District employees through a variety of grant activities such as integrated planning, assessment, training sessions, presentations, print as well as web communication.  Karen also assists interested individuals understand and apply data in decision making and planning processes.
