Cathy Dickerson works 50% time coordinating aspects of the Title III grant. Under the Title III grant Cathy has responsibilities for overall grant management including budget, evaluation, and progress-reporting to the college, community and the US Department of Education. Oversight for project coordination is provided by an 8-member Title III Leadership Team. External evaluation support is contracted to local consulting firm Gelinas-James, Inc.

Roxanne started as full-time Activities Director for the Title III grant in May 2007.  Roxanne will focus on offering support and training to college employees who need data and information from the Institutional Research Department to inform decision-making.

During personnel transitions, Cathy added an additional 50% to her contract to provide general supervision and implementation support for the activity objectives in the grant.

Danielle worked 100% time as the Activities Director for the Title III grant completing major activities to establish the Institutional Research Office and inform the college of Title III first year efforts.  Following a maternity leave, Danielle returned in a part-time capacity to the Acdemic Support Center and then to the EOPS program at CR.
