Library card privileges:

Your student ID is also your library card and enables you to check out library materials including books, DVDs, audiobooks and course reserves. Your library card is also used for printing from campus computer labs. Money can be added to the card at the Print Card Value Station (cash only). Prints are 10ΒΆ each and for every $1.00 you add to the card you get $1.20 in print value. Print value and meal plan value are kept in separate accounts and cannot be exchanged (e.g. meal plan money cannot be used to pay for prints). The library recommends only keeping a small amount of money on your card because if it is lost or stolen, you will lose any print value that is on the card.

Lost Cards:

  • Each cardholder is responsible for all materials borrowed on his or her library account.
  • Report immediately a lost or stolen library card by calling the Eureka Library Circulation    Desk at (707) 476-4260. The account will be blocked.
  • Photo identification will be required to obtain a replacement card.
