The Eureka Campus Library is housed in the Learning Resource Center (LRC) building. The LRC is also home to the Academic Support Center, which offers advising, tutoring, and testing; the Math Lab; the Writing Center; the High Tech Center; and the Distance Education classroom.
The Eureka Campus Library is your one stop source for class assignment and research needs. Librarians and library staff are available to assist you. The library offers a physical collection of more than 65,000 books, video, periodicals, and other materials. Many of the textbooks and assigned readings for classes are available in the Library's Reserve collection. Follow the "Books" link to search the Library catalog. Electronic collections are accessible district-wide via the Internet, and provide access to millions of newspaper, magazine, and journal articles, in addition to other college-level research resources. See the "Articles & Databases" page for a list of electronic resources. Login through MyCR for off-campus or wireless access to electronic resources.
Open-access computer workstations offer Internet access, Microsoft applications software, and adaptive software for students with disabilities. Printing and photocopying is also available in color or black and white for a nominal fee.
In addition to computer stations, the library has a variety of seating and study areas, including a food-friendly and sunny foyer, armchairs, enclosed or open study desks and tables, a quiet zone, and study rooms with or without computers.
