We find bubbles beautiful no matter our age and no one had to force us to learn how to blow one. The inherent ability to create something so simple and so beautiful is very satisfying. But there are questions. Why can’t I blow a bubble with just water? Where do the colors come from when the liquid is clear? Are they always a sphere? When you blow a bubble, there is a huge amount of physics and chemistry happening whether you chose to see it or not. Come see the demonstrations and take part. |
