| γ. Peer Group Studying |
One
of the best studying strategies is to work in groups with your
classmates--and not just to study for tests. Working in groups
is great for homework, too! You can even study together in the
ASC, where math tutors are available! In some classes, you can
earn extra credit for hours spent in study groups at the ASC.

| δ. Instructional CD-ROM's |
Many
publishers have created Instructional CD-ROM's to accompany their math
textbooks. These may have practice quizzes and exams; review
material; and even video lectures. Often the preface of your
textbook will mention it if these are available. You may also ask
your instructor. There may be other aides available, such as VHS
lectures. |
