Background:

Todd has been with College of the Redwoods since 1992 as an assistant football trainer.  He also has worked with Disabled Student Program & Services as since 1996 as an instructional aide and associate faculty instructor.  Todd played two seasons of collegiate baseball at College of the Siskiyous before moving to Eureka to attend HSU.  Todd earned a Bachelors and Masters of Science degree(s) in Kinesiology with emphasis on Sports Medicine, Teaching/Coaching and Adaptive Physical Education.  He is currently the head coach of the Eureka American Legion Falcons and is entering his 12th season as an assistant for the Corsairs.  Todd and Sarah Arimoto were recently married in the summer of 2007.

Dustin Bothwell

Education:

  - Currently attending HSU and majoring in Recreation with an     emphasis in coaching.

Playing Experience:

Saddleback College, 2002-2004

• Runner up State Championships in 2003
• State Champions in 2004

Coaching Experience:

• Volunteer coach for Laguna Niguel Little League for two years
• Has worked with several players individually in a one on one setting in order to improve specific skills such as hitting, pitching, and catching.

Background:

Dustin joined College of the Redwoods in the fall of 2007 as an assistant baseball coach and has been focusing on working with the catchers, pitchers, and our offensive approach at the plate.  Prior to moving to Humboldt County he lived in southern California where he had been working in Real Estate for the past three years for a mortgage company as the director of training and hiring.  He moved to Humboldt County to attend HSU to further his education by working towards his bachelor degree in recreation.  Dustin and his wife, Sunny, along with their seven month old son, Drake, reside in Arcata.
