The College of the Redwoods Arts & Humanities Division is conducting a public silent auction for Laguna Pacifica Electric pottery wheels. See below for full description and pictures of equipment.
 
The public silent auction will be held Wednesday July 28^th from 10am to 2pm at the Arts & Humanities Building located on the CR Eureka main campus:

Silent bidding will begin at 10am. Nine wheels are available. Starting bid is $250 for each wheel. Bidding will close at 2pm.

Equipment Description and Pictures

• Laguna Pacifica Electric Pottery Wheels from the 1980s (formerly known as Pacifica)
• Both GT400(1/2 hp) and GT800 (1hp) models available in the sale
• Plugs into 110 outlet
• Comes with detachable splash pans and bat pins
• Wheels run well, but are too loud for classroom use. A mechanically inclined person could repair to quiet with some research. The noise is caused by either the bearings or motor needing to be replaced.

Requires two people to safely move. Weighs approximately 80 pounds.
