College of the Redwoods holds Transfer Day event

Representatives from many of the California State University, University of California, California private and out-of-state colleges will be at the College of the Redwoods Eureka campus on Tuesday, September 10, for the annual Transfer Day event.  Transfer Day will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the College of the Redwoods Learning Resource Center. 

Representatives will be available to meet with students who are interested in receiving information about the colleges, programs, and admissions requirements.  This will be the only time many of the representatives will be in Humboldt County, so students are encouraged to attend. 

This is an “open-air” style event and no appointments are necessary.  Contact the CR Counseling and Advising office at 707-476-4150 for more information.

This year’s Transfer Day participants will include Humboldt State University, CSU Chico, CSU Monterey Bay, CSU Sacramento, CSU East Bay, Sonoma State University, Oregon Institute of Technology, UC Berkeley, UC Davis, UC Santa Cruz, Brandman University, Colorado Mesa University, Grand Canyon University, National University, Palmer College of Chiropractic, Palo Alto University, Simpson University, Southern Oregon University, University of Montana Western, University of Nevada, Reno, University of Oregon, and William Jessup University.
