Check Your Status
You can check your financial aid status without having to call or wait in line. Access WebAdvisor and your Student Email from the top of the page. Please remember determining your eligibility for the current academic year can take between 4 and 6 weeks after receiving all of your requested documentation.
*Please note that processing for upcoming aid years normally begins during the spring term. This means that students who completed the 2018/2019 FAFSA will not receive communication regarding their financial aid until April.*
My Documents – (under the Communications Menu) shows Financial Aid documents that are missing or have been received. It may take a week after you submit your forms before they are marked as received.
Financial Aid Award Letter – shows your current award eligibility (if you are enrolled Full Time and are meeting the Satisfactory Academic Progress requirements).
CR uses email frequently to communicate with students. All CR financial aid emails will be sent to your student email account. Types of financial aid emails include:
- Requests for Additional Documentation
- Academic Progress notifications after each term
- Financial Aid Awards and Revised Awards
- Direct Loan Correspondence
