SAP Appeals may be required if a student is not meeting the Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements (due to cumulative GPA below 2.0 and/or cumulative percent of units completed below 67% or due to an excessive number of cumulative units attempted) and their federal financial aid has been suspended. SAP status is re-evaluated at the end of each semester, when grades are available.
