Before Contacting help, please make sure you have cleared your browser cache (see below).

  1. Log out of the MyCR Portal

  2. Clear your browser's cache

  3. Log back into the MyCR Portal

After setting up your MyCRPortal account and clearing your browser cache if the link above is still not working please Call 707-476-4160 X3 (Office365 option) during regular hours or use an alternate email address to contact IT services at help@redwoods.edu.

Note: When requesting assistance via email, please provide your student ID number, your CR email address, an alternate email address, and a phone number.
