Adult Education offers classes for high school equivalency (GED/HiSET preparation), college preparation, career preparation, English language, and classes for adults with disabilities. Contact Adult Education to learn more about current classes.

Adult Education classes are offered at the Eureka campus, Eureka Downtown site, Del Norte Instructional Site, Klamath-Trinity Instructional site, Humboldt Correctional Facility, Pelican Bay State Prison, and community locations throughout the College of the Redwoods District.

No. All Adult Education classes are free.

Complete the College of the Redwoods online application here: Apply to CR. Then, contact Adult Education to schedule an appointment to meet with a Student Development Advisor.

If you are a student with a disability, an English Language Learner, or need assistance completing the application, contact Adult Education to schedule an appointment, and we will be happy to assist you.

After you create your GED account, schedule your test by calling College of the Redwoods Community Education at 707 476-4500.
